Information collected
Dragonflow may collect contact information, company information, project requirements, technical access details, support messages, billing records, and files or data provided by the customer for an approved engagement.
Request forms on dragonflow.io transmit submitted information to our server over HTTPS in production. We don't ask for card or bank details on this site.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to service requests, prepare quotes, deliver approved services, provide support, manage billing, maintain security, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.
We don't sell customer personal information, and we don't share it with anyone outside the set of platforms we use to deliver the work you've approved.
Third-party platforms
Customer data is shared with third-party platforms only when needed to deliver approved services. The common ones are hosting, automation, email, database, analytics, payment, and AI model providers.
When an engagement materially depends on a third party (for example, a specific data provider), we name that party in the written scope before payment.
Customer requests
Customers may request correction or deletion of contact information by emailing support@dragonflow.io.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, dispute, or business-record purposes — we will tell you which when you ask.
