Delivery method
Dragonflow delivers services remotely through code repositories, hosted systems, dashboards, databases, reports, documentation, secure file transfer, project calls, or other written methods agreed in the scope.
Fulfillment timeline
Delivery dates and milestones are stated in the approved written scope. Timelines depend on customer access, data availability, third-party platform availability, feedback, and approvals.
When a dependency slips, we tell you in writing and propose a new date — we don't ship a missed date silently.
Acceptance
Customer acceptance criteria are defined before payment.
If a deliverable does not meet the agreed acceptance criteria, Dragonflow will make commercially reasonable corrections within the scope before marking the milestone complete.
Export restrictions
Dragonflow is based in Rhode Island and complies with applicable United States export control, sanctions, and restricted-party rules.
Customers may not use Dragonflow services to develop, transfer, or support prohibited goods, services, data, software, or activities, or to serve parties or jurisdictions restricted by applicable law.
